Swindon Common Farm Solar

Swindon Common Farm Solar is part of Swindon Borough Council™s mission to develop a low-carbon economy. You can help them achieve their goals while earning a return through a 20 year Fixed Return Debenture. The solar farm will provide a long term income for the Council to help provide all their local services as well as generating an annual payment for a defined community purpose. Structured as a Community Interest Company, it supports the council’s work while sharing profits with the community. It also builds towards their aim of installing 200MW of renewable energy by 2020. This investment is a Fixed Return Debenture. This is a long-term debt investment where you are lending money to the project. Your invested capital is repaid over the life of the project and your money goes towards funding the installation of the solar PV system.
